BOOKING POLICY
All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit, bookings under £100 will need a £20 deposit, over £100 will be £50 and any packages a £100 deposit will be required. The rest of the payment will need to be paid on the day of treatment.
When coming in for your appointments please be on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will need to reschedule and your deposit will be lost. Try to come with no make up on or as little as possible so I don't spend too much of your facial removing it.
Upon arrival you will need to use antibac or wash your hands, please come alone unless you both are booked in for a treatment.
If you have ANY COVID - 19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment.
You need to allow 48 hours to cancel or reschedule otherwise you will lose your deposit.
If you no show you will lose your deposit and you will need to pay in full when booking your next appointment. If you have paid for a package of treatments and you don't reschedule within the required time, you're more than 15 minutes late or no show for one of your bookings you will lose that appointment.
